ARCHITECT: Gariff Construction

LOCATION: Manchester Airport, UK

Working directly for the Manchester Airport Group, Gariff completed the entire redesign and refurbishment of the Terminal 1 Arrivals hall. This included reconfiguration of all retail outlets, complete concourse finishes, new passenger toilet facilities and installation of a passenger information point. The job also involved the conversion of an exterior former taxi rank into a new interior passenger lobby and staff shopping area. Feature column encasements incorporating LED lighting and directional passenger signage were built in our manufacturing facility and installed on site by our Manchester Airport based team. In addition, all mechanical and electrical services were provided by Gariff including colour-changing bulkhead lighting.
