It remains the intent of Gariff Joinery Limited to continue to focus on providing total Customer support for the manufacture, supply and fit-out of standard and fire resisting doorsets, in addition to bespoke joinery items in traditional wood and other complimentary materials.

It is also our aim to continually improve quality and efficiency in all areas of our business activities by striving to do what is right and do what we say we will do, while continuing to provide levels of proactive customer care, that sets the pace for our competitors to follow.

Our management control systems will remain effectively implemented and maintained so as to reflect compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000, in addition to the BM Trada ‘Q Mark’ scheme for timber fire door processing and fit-out and FSC Chain of Custody accreditation, enable third party audit conformance against the same.

The philosophy of this policy as a whole will be further utilised for the update of key improvement objectives, to be formulated and monitored for achievement during adhoc operational and annual management review meetings, as well as for emphasising the need for recognition of a commitment towards continuous improvement, which requires an input from everyone at every level.
